That depends on whether you mean a "brick & Morter" business, or an online business.

For a business that you run from a store front or office, there is a wide wide range, and you'll have to determine what's needed in your area, and if you have the expertise to do it.

For an online business, you may want to consider a good MLM (yes, there are good ones), or open an eBay store and bring in various goods from China to market them.

that depends on where you live and what is in demand in the area. Day cares are a bit expensive but are always in the need. You really need a store that is going to make money for you, a coffee shop or an Internet cafe, a small used book store or a used clothing store or used toy store where you pay people for their items but this sort of store you will need a lot of items to start it off so I would suggest you go to garage sales and start collecting good used clothing!
