there are tons of great south carolina realtors on this directory http://www.realestateforsaleinsouthcarolina.com
i'm sure some of them have, or know of, programs for people with bad credit and many of them specialize in rentals.

If you have bad credit or financial problems then moving is not such a good idea. The grass is not always greener on the other side. Fix the problem where you are and then move once your on your feet again.
