There is a paraplegic boy that I like, but I don't want to offend him or embarrass him by asking if he can have sex or even feel his penis.

Some can, some cannot. Depends on the extent of the injuries to the spinal cord.

The time to find out is when you have a relationship that has developed to the point where you are both interested in sex. And at that point, you'll both talk about how to express your sexual desires in an adult conversation.

Otherwise, people will just think you are an insensitve, nosey, air-headed girl with nothing better to do than ask rude questions. I'm sure that's not you, so forget about it for now.

A very, very few can have erections and feel their organ. Most cannot. I would suggest NOT bringing the topic up to this young man unless he indicates he's interested in much more than a platonic relationship. At that point, it's a perfectly legitimate question - and it is perfectly legitimate to base your answer on whether or not he can meet your physical needs.

Many paraplegics can. This is often because their particular form of paralysis begins below the waist.

Quadraplegics often cannot, because their form of paralysis often begins at the neck.

He is the only one who can answer that for you. It depends on where in his spine he was injured.
