I'm assuming you mean the University of Michigan as your other option. If you're asking for football picks, I'm gonna go with UofM.

If you're asking about college choices, it will depend on what you are interested in studying, and the type of campus you want. Both schools have pretty good programs in most areas, but if you want to focus on something like veterinary medicine or agriculture, then MSU would be the better choice. UofM will also have their strengths. Either way, it's hard to make a bad choice when those are your two options.
