go to Windows Media Player and the go to tools then options, change the format from WMA (Windows Media Audio) to Mp3 then rip your CD you can then drag and drop them on to your media player

A good, free CD ripper is Audio Grabber. It works good for me You have lots of options for bit-rates. It also can connect to freedb.org and automatically fill in the MP3 tags for you so the correct song information displays on you MP3 player.

when you transfer your music from cd's to your computer, it should make it mp3 automatically. or you can make a data cd and that will for sure make them mp3

I use cdex. you can go to www.cnet.com and do a search for cdex..It's a great utility. It can convert cd tracks to either mp3 or wav.

i usually use windows media player. you insert the cd in the drive and go to rip.
