How do you think Leinart will do this week (and the coming weeks)? I have him on my roster, as well as Matt Hasselback...Hasselback is on Bye this week, so I'm forced to either play Leinart, or drop him and pick up another QB (Leftwich is still available in my league).

Is it too risky running Leinart?

Should i be safe and pick up Leftwich? Will Leftwich provide a significant point increase to justify the $10 transaction and the potential loss of Leinart from my roster if someone else picks him up after i drop him?

What do you think?

Am i too hung up on the young hopeful??

You might as well drop Leinhart. This year he has 5 completions for 49 yds; 0 TD's; 1 INT; 1 sack; 1 lost fumble; and -7 rush yards. KC is coming off a huge 41-0 win and i'll bet they are gonna be rollin. If Leftwich is the next best available QB, grab him. If Peyton tore up the Jets like he did; who;s to say BL can;t do it too-

Im going to go with Leftwich. Even if he has a bad game I think he will play better than Leinart. IF Leinart plays he will play poorly just like he has ever other time he has been in the game. Yeah I think youre a little hung up on the young folks...unless you have Morency from the Patriots or Maurice Jones Drew. Other than that.....tough love for the young.

At 10 dollars I'd take the chance, its KC. They ripped up SF, so I think they are due for a let down game. Plus its Leinarts coming out game. Most players play well, this kid has the game knowledge to be full fledge passer. I'm thinking he will end the year with 2800 yards and 20+ TD's with the weapons they have in AZ.

drop leinart, leinart cannot throw deep an essential for an nfl QB, leinart will not be a good NFL QB for a long time if at all. play it safe sign leftwich.

pickup leftwich. leinart is getting ripped apart and will not be effective probably until later in the season. even when he does start performing well, won't be fantasy worthy performances. leftwich, even with his tendency to heave interceptions, still does perform well fantasy wise.

i have the same situation with hasselback... but i picked up jon kitna instead.. if hes available go for it because hes going up against minnesota and a poor secondary. he also has over 1,000 yrds throwing..

More rookie QB's get eaten alive during their first start than do well.
