I'd say both are normal for both genders, given conditions. 21-year-olds often take on enormous tasks - there's no room for sex. But in a calm state, with stimuli present, some level of sex drive should appear.

Some would argue that a lack of sex drive is itself normal and a lifestyle choice (asexuality). I don't think there's been much research on this, however.

Generally, then, if there is no sex drive, there's a reason why it is being impinged. At the same time, there can be an excessive level of sexual desire (fetishism).

Having no sexual desire after hitting puberty is impossible unless you are in some kind of vegetative state. Sexual desire is a natural response of both the human heart and the physical body, though whether that desire is good is a different matter.

It's neither evil nor good to have these desires (and if you are a normal living human, you WILL have these desires), but it is bad to be mastered by these desires and to give in to sin. "Flee immorality. Every other sin that a man commits is outside the body, but the immoral man sins against his own body." (1 Corinthians 6, NASB) Desiring your spouse sexually is a good thing, so long as it doesn't rule over you and prevent you from doing important things.

Only God can help you overcome any sin in a lasting way that brings true peace that passes all understanding.

This depends on your gender, overall health, weight, height, past diseases, current nutrition, exercise level, and many other factors.

But overall, your average, normal American 21 year old adult is going to experience lots of sexual desire.

The reason you feel such desire, or do not, is because of the male hormone testosterone. Everyone has it, even women. Men just have much, much more of it than women. (When a woman goes through menopause, her body stops kicking out estrogen, but keeps on making testosterone.)

If you do not feel much, or any, sexual desire, it can be due to many, many reasons. Anything that would impact your health will impact your hormonal balance, which will impact your sexual desire level ("libido").

I think it's normal for people of all ages to have sexual desire, but more so when you're younger.

you didnt say whether you are male or female.

either way not having any whatsoever is not normal in my opinion. if you have NONE, I would guess you are a woman, as you dont reach your prime for another 10-13 years.
