i came on last week for 1 day only it was pretty heavy i had no other sighns but had bad headaches 4 3 weeks put down to stress of giveing up smokeing and my period comeing anyway last night got light period cramps and bad pain in nipples and the pain in my nipple as got worse and i always feel cold could i be pregnant i really dont want to waste my money on a test if negative thanks xx

Oh lord! I'm so sick of this question! I can not test the HCG levals in your urine through my computer! That is the ONLY way to know if you are pregnant are not! You don't want to waste money on your piece of mind!? Go get the d*mn test, $4 at walmart!

What contraceptive are you on?? You must take this into account also are you under any other stress or changed your diet in any way? your age could also be a factor.
I suffer this all the time, but I know it is due to the implenon implant I use.
If you are worried about the possibility of pregnancy though either go to your GP or the family planning clinic, and the test will not cost you a penny. Best to know right.

you could be pregnant. I wouldnt count buying a pregnancy test a waste of money. If it is negative it will put you mind at rest. Thats priceless

it could be a sign that you are the only way you going to know is by doing a test but it does sometimes happen to me

Nip along to your docs and voice your concerns, if you're lucky (and you push the point!) you should get a test done at the docs for free!

sounds unlikely to me. have you had unprotected sex recently? your periods could be all over the place if you are stressed, this will cause your headaches etc.
if in doubt, see your doc for advice
