Probably not.

JTWROS means "Joint Tenants With Right of Survivorship", which means that each own an undivided interest in the whole, and upon death of one, their share passes by law to the other.

You can also own the property as "Tenants in Common" which means the same thing up until the death part, at which time the decedent's share passes either under their will or through the laws of intestacy.
