Do you think there is only one reason for liking everything we like and disliking everything we dislike?

That would be flat-out wrong. We each have many reasons for our likes and dislikes, including our biology, our personality, our past experiences, our culture, our political beliefs, and several gazillion other things.

If you have some sort of specific thing in mind, please specify it.

Definitely agree on that, also just pressure from society in general. If you have a confrontation with someone you may decide to dislike not only that person but their friends, family.
