There are so many products out there to enhance the perfomance of the small block chevy, but after all is said and done, you still have a 305cuin. Why not put the money in a chevy crate 350cuin, and go from there. You will have even more accessories to choose from, and a solid unit to work with. The 305 is just not a performance engine. If keeping the 305, start with the exhaust. That is where you get the most for the least amount of money.

Piston Combustion Engine. Fuel to Air ratio and volume. that technology is so old. you can pay somebody lotsa more money and get another 4rpms cause thats really all that matters. RPM =how fast on a Piston Engine. That motor will take X amount of Revolutions before it breaks. so have fun!
