i got a message on my computer that said i had spyware. i ran my mcafee scan and my windows defender scan. it came up with 4 things and i deleted them from my computer. however, it has caused my desktop to have a black screen and you cannot change it. if anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know. i have already gone to the properties and tried to change it, but it seems frozen. i can't click on anything.

Her screen is black.
Take the hard drive out of this machine and put it into another machine, not as the boot drive.
Scan it from their machine since a lot of spy/ad/virus programs do funny things so you can't scan them.
