Please, can we stop with the ignorance about Foley being a "pedophile," or "child predator?"
The guy was 16. He wasn't pre-pubescent. He was of the age of consent in many (if not most) states. He may have been young, but he was considered "legal" while in Washington.
Also, there is NO evidence that Foley actually slept with anybody. I have not heard one report that says he actually acted out on these issues.
Will the left please stop hyperventilating? They're the ones who made "age of consent" so low, and had the sodomy laws thrown out as being "discriminatory."
