Hi m8, try to concentrate on your goalkeeping as you can not make your height any different. Just remember.....Good things come in little bundles......

there is no secret to growing taller or any exercise that will help. if there was I would be 7 foot instead of 5ft 2".

You could try body building and bulk your body up, that will help.
Not all professional goalkeepers are tall. I think at 5ft 9" and still a year left to grow you should grow another 2 or 3 inches at least.

Good luck

I'm pretty sure boys stop growing at 21yrs so try to check that out and just keep practising your goalkeeping. You never know height may not matter if you are good enough! Good luck, See u when you're famous!

Platform shoes, a top hat, stilts?

Seriously though - sleep well, don't smoke, eat lots of fruit and veg, exercise moderatly and don't get stressed. This will allow you to grow big and strong.

I think you are outta luck. try taller shoes. Or tie your arms & legs up to 4 horses and have them pull you in opposite directions. That might stretch you out a little bit.
