What sort of income would I need...?

I'm a Dutchie looking for a job in the Midlands or Scotland, with 5 years of IT helpdesk experience. I'm fluent in English and Dutch, with good command of German and French, and some Swedish. I want to support a home for two people, lots of pets and two horses, so.. What could I make, and how much would I need to get by?
