Absolutely. You also need to know that the CIA is spying on you through the filling in your teeth, half of the congressmen are aliens from outer space, Saddam and Osama are gay lovers, the US government is responsible for 9/11, the great plague and the fall of the Roman Empire (even though the US didn't exist at the time of some of those events)
