I didn't wear makeup every day until recently (I'm 31). If you decide that you only want to wear it on special occasions, that's perfectly fine. If you want to wear it every day, that's fine too. But the one thing to remember is that no matter how often you wear makeup, you always want to take care of your skin. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser morning and night. Follow it with at least a light moisturizer. During the day, make sure you wear sunscreen. You should at least do that. Getting into the habit now will keep your skin looking younger longer.

Well, if you are interested from the point of view of a bloke, then I would say that I prefer women that wear minimal make-up as you can see the natural beauty. If you have a nice face already then there is no need, I think, for you to wear loads of it. At night, if you are going out, then I can appreciate it's probably nice. Why don't you try with minimal during the day and save for when you are going out on the town at night?

I used to wear makeup all the time. I like had that phobia of being sen without it. Not really, but might as well have. Anyways, when i met my husband he asked me not to wear makeup. I mean he said i could if i wanted but he wanted to see my face and eyes without seeing all the powder and junk. And he explained now that we are married that he would rather have me spend the 20 or so minutes being beside him rather than wasting it on makeup that i dont need. If he finds me hot! Who cares, that's how it should be. Dont get me wrong... I'm not ugly, i dont need makeup. I just needed the right person so i could stop wearing the stuff.

I think that if you have good skin, and you cleanse and moisturise ( someone of your age should use a light moisturiser and a gentle cleanser) if you do this properly at the end of the day, theres no need to put a thick layer of make-up on. Keep it natural. However, if you are going out on the town, a bit of foundation, a light dust of powder and a touch of bronzer can add a sparkle to your look and make you feel more glam!

I use Bare Essentials because it is so natural and it protects my skin from the sun. If you don't wear makeup you should at least use a moisturizer that has a SPF of 15. This will help keep your skin looking young. Very personal choice to wear makeup or not.

First of all, if your skin is clear and even, do NOT bother with foundation, because your skin can become addicted to it. A little bit of mascara and a punchy-colored sheer gloss should be enough for a daytime look. In the evening or on dates, you can go a little more dramatic with darker lipsticks and smokey eyeshadow. Just remember, beauty doesn't come in a package. Stay true to who you are and what you believe in, and your inner beauty will shine through!

i was raised not to leave my home with out at least some eyeliner on, i have a good complexion so i have not worn base alot, makeup should be applied to enhance ur natural beauty, so try and find a light powder base that enhances ur skin, and maby only ware a soft blush during the day, my mother was a trained cosmetologist, and she taught me never to ware lipstick because it takes the color from ur lips, even todays formulas can drain the color from ur lips. u really do want to look natural so get as much natural light it to the room where u put makeup on.

Well, as a bloke, I feel that makeup is OK for going out in the evening. Other times, you don't need it. Ever. Maybe weddings, OK, but that's it. Most women look better without it anyway, it's too false during the day.but we all expect to see a bit when out at a club or something.

I always wear make up! I wouldn't leave the house without any on.
Go with how you feel. If you want to get tarted up then put some slap on, if you want to go eau naturel then just wear a bit of mascara and some vaseline! Job done

I really can't be bothered to wear make-up. I'd have to get up early to put it on and spend the whole day keeping an eye on it.
I only wear it on major special occasions when I can do glam colours and sparkly bits.
I have friends that won't leave the house without make-up, as such they're constantly late everywhere, and spend their lives saying 'Has my eyeliner/lipstick/foundation run?'.
Life's too short!
