Well first you need to download the pictures that you want from the web or you can use picture that you already have. Then you can just go to insert picture and find the file that you saved.

All you have to do is right click on the picture to save and click on the save picture as. Name the picture what you want and at the top there is a drop down box make sure it is on my documents. Click save at the bottom. Open you power point project and at the top click on insert, move the mouse to picture, a drop down come out and move the mouse to from file. then you get the box like when you saved the picture. Make sure it is on my documents and find the name that yo saved it as and click insert at the bottom. This will put the picture in your project. Then you can move the picture where you want in your project.

You should be able to copy and paste... it could be something with the picture itself, that it's "protected" somehow. Try another picture and see if that will work. If that won't, you can save the picture to your computer and then use the INSERT, PICTURE, FROM FILE and that should work, too.

Good luck!

Save the picture to your documents, (or wherever you want to where you can find it in your files)

Then in publisher click on "Insert" on the top tool bar, go down to "picture" then select "from file"

The window will pop up and just select the pic you want to put in it.

Did you preserve the image by ideal clicking and then "save photograph as jpeg" - because of the fact which could do away with any links as then you definately in basic terms have a classic jpeg document like another image.

how about you save the picture on to your computer, and then open it as your opening any other file. if that doesn't work, try to look pictures form clip art, maybe that can help!!!
