I don't think you need to worry about that just yet. Although it's probably worth knowing that you're already on the path to finding your own personal meaning of life.
My advice is - live a little, have some fun, try and learn some stuff and you'll realise that the answers your looking for can't be found on any internet site, they're out there in the real world.
Have fun pal!

Just disregard people who tell you life has no meaning, or restrict the meaning to something like having fun. It's much more than that.
You will figure this out when the time comes. Since you are already asking the question, you might want to read even a couple of books when you'll be older, to see what other people have found meaningful in life.
You could also pray to God and ask what is the meaning of life, or of your life in particular (two slightly different things). Don't expect to hear any voices, but you might meet a new person or find a book or just suddenly have a hunch of what the meaning of life might be, if you really, really want to know ahead of time.

Desiderata
Go placidly amid the noise and haste,
and remember what peace there may be in silence.
As far as possible without surrender
be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly;
and listen to others,
even the dull and the ignorant;
they too have their story.
Avoid loud and aggressive persons,
they are vexations to the spirit.
If you compare yourself with others,
you may become vain and bitter;
for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.
Keep interested in your own career, however humble;
it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.
Exercise caution in your business affairs;
for the world is full of trickery.
But let this not blind you to what virtue there is;
many persons strive for high ideals;
and everywhere life is full of heroism.
Be yourself.
Especially, do not feign affection.
Neither be cynical about love;
for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment
it is as perennial as the grass.
Take kindly the counsel of the years,
gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune.
But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings.
Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.
Beyond a wholesome discipline,
be gentle with yourself.
You are a child of the universe,
no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
Therefore be at peace with God,
whatever you conceive Him to be,
and whatever your labors and aspirations,
in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.
Be cheerful.
Strive to be happy.

For a 12 year old, get yourself in school and make sure you educate yourself. Stay away from anyone who hangs around the streets. You wont have a life without an education.

Ah,the meaning of life.The ultimate question in the universe.
Do you really want to know what the meaning of life is? All you have to do is look inside yourself,in your heart,mind and soul.Each person in this beautiful world has their own definition and each person is right.
You know what the really tricky part is? Every day of your life your own definition will change with each new experience you have.
Enjoy your own personal journey,you have a long,wonderful life ahead of you.

I've asked the same question before and still I've not worked it out-nor has anyone.....if I were 12 I would probably say that it is to stay young!! Don't grow up!
Seriously-do what you love then I'm sure you'll find out the meaning one day.....

Read Douglas Adams and you'll never have to ask again. Possibly the most fun you can have while discovering the meaning of life.
