Stick your finger down your throat. You might as well so something that stupid if you want to lose it fast....instead of doing it right!

how fast do you want to lose weight. It is not healthy to lose weight too fast as the quicker you lose it the quicker you gain it once the diet is finished.
Some time ago I lost weight by going on a low fat diet and walking every day. I also used a step exerciser at home 3 times a week.
You can go to on line diet websites if you need support the one I use is Ediet
they give you a diet sheet and exercise plan for week you can also chat with people who have similar experiences as you.

Apparently if you wanna lose it fast - as in if you're going to a party or something, you could cut out carbs for a few days. I gotta say though I think THIS IS A VERY BAD way of losing it as its unhealthy and wont last (Dr Atkins died over weight!). Best way of doing it is to cut out snacks, eat relatively healthy (dont go crazy though just eating tofu and asparagus - that wont last), and do some exercise 3 times a week.

Little tip - you dont need amazing will power to keep this up for good! You only need will power and motivation for about a month!! After that you'll see results and it'll start to become habit - you'll actually begin to enjoy it!!

I know this isnt the answer you wanted but it is the ONLY way you're gonna do it long term. Remember - motivation for a month, then its habit!

Fast? Starving yourself, so the fat breaks down for energy. Not recommended though, since it's extremely unhealthy and can cause illness and eventually death.

A better idea is consulting a medical professional for a diet and also start doing exercises like running and swimming. Somewhat slow, but better.

You can't. You can increase burned calories and decrease calories taken in. Just like everyone else on the planet, you could lose a few extra pounds the first week...like 2-4...as you burn off some water weight. After that (again, just like everyone else) you will lose between .5 and 1.5 pounds per week.

There is a simple answer and it is that crash diets are not the answer!!!If you think you need to lose some wieght than check with a doctor to see what kind of diet is right for you.Meanwhile eat smaller portions and cut down on foods high in fat and sugary candies.Dont rush things!!

1. Eat Healthy
2. Be positive
3. Take a herbal tablet called 'Adios'
My aunty takes them and i can see the difference. She eats healthy but she also has a treat to something sweet now and then, but i can see the difference. You can get them at boots or any good drug store. Here is the link, look them up:

if u want to keep the weight off, then dont do it fast, eat a healthy diet and excercise, aim to lose 2lb per week. also sea kelp pills r a good slimming aid.

Dance. Especially latin dancing. Not only will you loose weight fast, but it also contours your body, and it's sooo fun you'll be ably to stick to it.
