I think you will be able to follow the plot because it is almost the same.

season two is crutial because you get to meet the other people on the plane that were not shown in season 1. many of the other survivors are now main characters of the show. i just think you would be too confused about everything. there was so much that was revealed about the hatch and each persons past as well. i'd suggest renting the second season and taping the new season until you've watched the whole thing.

Yeah, if you missed season two, you'll be pretty confused.
There was a recap episode that went over the first two seasons last week. It could have caught you up.

SEASON ONE IS OK... I PROBABLY WOULDN'T JUMP TO 3 BECAUSE YOU ARE GOING TO MISS ALOT OF GOOD STUFF FROM THE SECOND SEASON AND YOU MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT ALL WENT ON AND BE DISAPPOINTED
