Is every law created stated/added to the constitution?!?!....I'm sooo confused...

No, its the foundation for all our laws. For example, its the right we have for the freedom of speech. So, if people want to express themselfs, its ok.
Also, statatory rape, is not listed but it would go under the child protection law described in the constitution

no, all the laws are not added to the constitution that is just the rights that americans have, all the laws for ohio are listed in something called the ORC or ohio revised code there is one for every state and you can usually find it on the internet
