Can we create a (toy) balloon of normal strechable rubber that could last forever?

Using the standard PV=nRT equation, when we inflate a balloon, a pressure difference is being set up.
Pressure inside the balloon surface bacomes much higher than the atmospheric pressure and the air tries to escape( thus trying to reduce the pressure difference) by applying a normal force and a radial shear stress on the rubber surface. Over a period of time, a fatigue crack growth develops in the rubber and reduces its load capability and stress relaxation. Thus, it becomes easier to prick the rubber surface.
The common sense normally tends to think that the bursting of balloon is related to the amount of air volume generated by inflation and the capability of stretching of rubber surface. However, this is not the case and pressure is the critical component.

Not unless there is a way to seal it 100%.
oops forgot the first bit.... because the preassure inside the ballooon is set by you blowing it up in a certain pressure... as the balloon rises or the tempt changes, the air inside expands and causes the balloon to pop.
