The best and easiest way to remove limescale is to empty lemon juice into a bowl and add about two tablespoons of water. Get an old newspaper and dip it into the mix and rub it on your shower doors. Then just rinse with water and you're done. It's as easy as that. You don't have to scrub.

I have found "KILROCK" limescale remover to be very effective. You can get from B & Q and Robert Dyas stores. Comes in a yellow plastic bottle. You normally have to dilute it with water according to the job / amount of scale. Ideal for any De-scaling job & don't forget the plastic gloves !!

Be very careful not to inhale the fumes that it gives off.

"Happy" cleaning !

I use CLR it is good for calcium, lime & rust. You can buy it at WalMarts and I believe at grocery stores. It may also take some elbow grease. I also like to use a (oblong) nylon scouring pad like you clean pans with.
Also an old discarded tooth brush is great to clean around the edges. If there is any mold on the rubber some of the cleaner with bleach works good. You know what, white vinegar is also good to cut lime.
Good luck!

Distilled white vinager works, but if it's really built up try wood polish on a rag, wipe down the entire door than apply the vinager to wash off the oil.
