My parents like the ocean.... i guess that's why we live on the beach. some are salt, some are fresh.... but do you think that this is like so wired?? My friends think that it's cool.

I think that it's FAR from wired. right now I have 3 aquariums in my house. ( I thought that I was the only person in the world with one in her bathroom)
And I know what you are going through... My parents loved the ocean so Much that my name is Ariel. honestly....
I have lived in 3 houses in my life, 2 were on the beaches. (one in Melbourne... close to Sydney. Ant the other on the coast of Georgia.) The home I'm now.. witch is mine, is not on the beach.... but I'm only 20 miles away. I think if I were Too far away from an ocean.... I would dry out. LIL!!
But no, I think it's cool.

Nope, not weird at all. As long as they are cared for properly. I have 4 tanks at home, and that's cause my house is small and my hubby won't let me get any more. I have a 150 and a 30 in the L-room and a 10 and 2-1/2 in the B-room. I use to have 2 55's as well, But my hubby made me sell one and the other broke. That was a mess. And the fishy fun doesn't stop there. I even have a 10 tank at work!!

Not weird at all, I just added my 4th aquarium. i've got a 20 gallon, a 30 gallaon a 55 gallon and i just bought a 125 gallon (hope to have that one up and running by christmas) If they make you happy, whats it hurt? Bisides, whatching fish is very relaxing and once you get the aquarium established the maintinance isnt bad.

if u have the room n the time to care for all that, it's KOOL(i know it's spelled cool. lol). i'm in 8th grade and i have 3 tanks and i dont think i can get anymore because then i wont have the space or time(my parents dont know anything about fish). but how about combining fish tanks(or getting rid of small tanks for big tank). i think big tanks are soooo cooll!!

Its not strange at all. I did close to that a one time , I had over 500g worth in my house for a while , not a room in the house without tanks. LO

It's normal for the Icthophile in us all

its not really wierd if they look really nice and add brightness and liveliness to a room. thats why some fancy resteraunts have fish tanks that are huge. if the water is all dirty though, and there is no like plants or cool things in the tank i think thats bad

It is amazing that you have so many tanks. You have life in almost every room of your house.

I share a townhouse so all I have is a 125 in our main room, but its always a conversation piece. My roommates find it soothing. And I love my cichlids.

I'd love to know what all you're keeping in all those things.

I hope to be like that some day except with the average tank being at least 50g.

My hat off to you if you properly take care of all the fish!
