lol i went with bt which was meant to be £8 a month for the broadband for the first 6 months and £12 for my phone. but for some reason i have to pay £58 a month. i don,t know how they worked that one out but i,ve spent hours on the phone trying to find out oh and bt is crap i lose my connection to the Internet at least once a day. then spend up to 2 hours on the phone talking to people from another country that i don,t understand what they are saying. perhaps that's why i pay £58 all the calls to there help centre

Check this site out. you can compare different companies in terms of speed, connection reliabitlity, loads of stuff and it's all free. It's a good site!
I use OneTel.net and they're pretty good. Fast speeds, unlimited downloads plus free local/national calls all day + 1mb broadband for £30 a month. The broadband is unlimited.
Back in the old uni days we used Freedom2surf and they were very good too. 2mb unlimited broadband for £25 a month though i'm sure this price has come down since last year.
