I guess it would be paying bills and working a full 40 hour week. That really sucks, especially right out of college when it was pretty laid back and fun. I hate having to be somewhere at the same place every day. You know what I mean? Then again I am 7 months prego w/ my first baby, so I might be able to answer this question better in about 2 months.

Getting married at 23. I still felt like I was a child; boy marriage woke me up, made me grow up fast, and made me a lot less naive. The real world sucks at times, but I would hate to be a kid these days.

When I found out I was pregnant. I was no longer the baby in my family. I had to grow up and stop living like a typical college student. It had an even great impact when my son was born.

being really young and noticing that I was I was the only one that could take care of myself..this was around 9 yrs old..my parents were going through thing and my brothers had no idea how to help..I realized after a while if i wanted to eat i had to take it into my own hands,If i wanted clean clothes i had to figure out how the washer and dryer worked..i realize that even when your 9yrs old you cant depend on anyone to truly be there to take care of you.

Coming downstairs one morning of the home I was brought up in just to get to the living room to see my dead mother laying their face down. She had been dead all night long. she died alone.
