I would like to purchase a lot without having to use a real estate agent. Is this possible? What do I need to do?

You dont have to have any agent to buy land or a home. But the seller probably has listed it with an agent. The question I have, is why wouldn't you use an agent. Buyers do not pay agent fees, the seller pays for it.
You can search the internet for land just like you can for homes.
