That is what regularly a phone would say when there is no signal, must of the time Nokias and Motorolas get stock in that status, so you need to move out of the place you are and turn it off and on back again to recover signal.

Ahhh the old ol fashion only for emergency trick. Basically if your a kid your parents proably called your cell phone company and told them not to allow certain numbers to be able to call you and you cant call out you should still be able to call 911 and your parents cell and your house cell. If you are not a kid and a fullgrown adult try calling your phone company.

You either have no service, or you have dialed 911 or another emergency number in the past, and you havent exited emergency mode.

Either you have no signal or you need to pay your bill call you provider from a landline to find out what the issue may be
