Im not Pregnant yet but my husband and I are ttc. This will be 3-4 months trying if Im not pg now. Ive been taking a mulit-vitamin called Green source and it has all the right amounts of what you are suppose to take to have a healthy pregnancy. When I get pregnant I will switch over to a accual PreNatal Vit. but for now will this do the trick?

as long as the vitamin you're taking is comparable to a pre-natal, it's almost certainly fine. you just have to watch out for multis that include over 100% of certain nutrients, which is not good for a baby. prenatals are usually pretty low doses... as long as yours is like that, don't worry! :)

that is fine as long as your getting the vitamines you need. I was actually told once that while being pregnant some people couldn't deal with pre-natal (tend to be big) and only took regular vitaimins. Good luck.

My daughter cannot swallow pills so her docs told her to take Flintstones complete children's chewables instead so as long as you get the right amount of vitamins you can take whatever you want.
