Yes I would. My brutal honesty often gets me into trouble. I don't know why I do it... like for instance, I called the bosses wife for help on something, but she didn't tell him who it was... he was lit up and said to me, "Rikki, someone called my wife about this," and I told him, "Hey, it was me..." which then sent me into about an hour of explaining that I was trying to help him out on something. He did forgive me, because I fessed up... but, I will NOT be calling her anymore.

I'm the bloody IT department where I work. I'm perfect when it comes to computers and files and such. It couldn't possibly have been me.
Er... I'm just going to go sit in my office quietly while everyone else runs around panicking about the file that *someone* deleted.

Just tell them you were the one, if they do not like, tell them to kiss your a**. It was their fault they left the computer on, just begging for someone to jack with it. Blame them.

They probibly have it on a disk, or cd-rom if it's really importent.
