Well, since you asked the question I decided to look up some info. Apparently in the animal class Arachnida, spiders are in the Order Araneae but the creatures most correctly called daddy-longlegs are in their own separate Order which is Opiliones. Now each of these have their own characteristics

Daddy-longlegs (Opiliones) make their living by eating decomposing vegetative and animal matter although are opportunist predators if they can get away with it. They do not have venom glands, fangs or any other mechanism for chemically subduing their food. Therefore, they do not have poison and, by the powers of logic, cannot be poisonous from venom. Some have defensive secretions that might be poisonous to small animals if ingested. So, for these daddy-long-legs, the tale is clearly false

Now Daddy-longlegs spiders (Pholcidae) are just like spiders. With characteristics as such. The poison potency of the spider is discussed in http://spiders.ucr.edu/daddylonglegs.html

Now, I don't fully understand what you are looking for but hopefull this info helps.

Not sure if they really eat other spiders since they are so thin compared to the other kinds, but I have had 2 (one larger & one smaller) living in the ceiling corner in my bathroom for a month or two. Figured they're not hurting anything, so let 'em be. Other kinds of spiders get scooped up & thrown out or squished if it's a black widow.
