tell them to send them me (just kidding) (no seriously) but when you get an invite through email there should be a hote at the bottom saying something like if you want to unsuscribe then click or something click and the directions should be self explanatory if there are any
oh do you spam blocker ? Those help too (lol)

You can't stop them but you don't need to open them. How do you know they are explicit and dirty if you did not open them. Why do you open websites sent to you from people who send that kind of invitations. If you don't know the person, don't open anything he/she sends you. Just hit delete.

I have all spam immediately blocked and deleted so I don't have to deal with all the trash. If that doesn't work, check each box and click on spam and you won't get anything from that site again.

Don't open the emails just check them and send them to spam.
Then go to your cookies and clean them all out. Tools, options, general, cookies.
