Nobody´s better at it than the greek!!
The greek islands Mykonos, Santorini, Rhodos or an area in Crete called "hersonissos" are the most popular spots for young people looking for fun!!
Never been to turkey but some friends of mine visited Alanya this year, an all-inclusive resort, and they didn´t like it.

It depends on what you mean by that: only drinking or having great fun in general?
I would suggest you Turkey, because it is not in the E.U. and the prices are very low, especially if you choose an all-inclusive resort.
Google "all inclusive resort beach Turkey" and you will find many of them...

If nightlife is the only criteria, I would hit for Bodrum in Turkey.
I also heard that Greek Island of Rhodes is quite good in nightlife but never been there.

The islands are famous for their night life in Greece, try Mykonos,Kos, Rodos. Have a nice trip!.
