As you know, I'm sure as f*uck an insane motherf*ucker.....but defend my actions? Sh*it, I'd have to be ashamed of my actions to want to defend them. F*uck that sh*it.....I do what I want.....and don't look back. And my actions with you have been nothing but amazing.

Yes, I would if I was guilty but did not remember doing something. Especially if I was blacked-out on drugs or alcohol.Or if I caught someone violating my wife or children I might be prevoked to instant anger and rage and would probably do something that I would regret but would not be responsible for and I think that the "not guilty for reason of insanity" would apply.

no. i would say that there was a lapse of judgment, not insanity.
