The sign that says "Slow Traffic Keep Right". It is a white one with black letters, other than that it is just a matter of being able to read.

Sometimes on some highways it will say "slower drivers keep right". I'm not sure that there is a sign, but I'm pretty sure in Drivers Ed and the handbook the left lane is supposed to be for the passing cars only and I know of someone who got a ticket for being in the left hand lane and not passing. (I personally think the cop was being a booty head and just wanted to go faster and this other car was in the way not wanting to speed because they had a cop behind them). There is no fast lane and slow lane.
