It really doesn't matter. The Tribune (who owns the cubs) will never allow anyone in who'll shake things up. At least until the Wrigley field fans (Notice they're not Cub fans) stop going to games and force some change.

I don't know the name, but I can suggest some criteria. Someone in the Cub organization or a current major league coach, as long as he has spent a significant amount of time as a Cub. The Andre Hawk Dawson, now a hitting coach for the Marlins, is available.
