"Terrorism" will never stop. The war in the middle east has been going on since there were people walking the earth. One person's terrorist is another person's freedom fighter. if they win somehow and get to make the laws, then yes, I could see that happening.. that would require the complete and unconditional surrender of the United States though, which is going to be pretty tough for them to accomplish.. the only way they could 'win' is by sneaking WMDs into all our major cities, and if that happened we'd have a lot bigger problems than getting our hands cut off!
