I am 17 and haalf years old but I look like 16 year old (no beard) so I wonder if i could grow up more because I feel my shoulders (bones) are too wide for the rest of my body? If thet is possible please tell me the way ,maybe more physical activity like swimming basketball exercise with treaching up my body???

Its 21 so don't worry, lots of time to grow.

I'm guessing in 50's or mid 60's. 21 is when a man stops spouting up but I don't think that is what your asking at all is it. You mean like the muscles and the leg muscles. And first I said 50 or 60's but forgive me. Most likely for something like that if your letting it be natural you could do that all the way to 30. Growing higher stops at 21 or 22. {But of course remember all of us answering are not even psychians were just people who maybe know some stuff in these area's.} If you are having some problems in this area see a doctor.

17 is when the body stops growing .

After that, if you want to change anything about yourself, you have to exercise and develop those parts of your body that you want to change or increase or decrease. It takes a daily exercise regime to do this and after a while your body will become what you want and you can slow down again

yes your still growing . it probbly will slow in your late 20s or so
