I guess she had more important things on her mind than worrying about the possibility of thousands of people getting killed. That's the only conclusion I can come to. She claims that the attack warnings were "nebulous." Yes, just like the ashes of 3,000 bodies.

Ignorance and a lack of experience in international affairs were the primary culprits. They honestly thought they knew what was what, and they weren't going to listen to anyone's advice on the things that mattered. Either that or it's a conspiracy theory...(sorry, couldn't resist)

Paid off by the Bush administration. It was supposed to happen so that the US would have an excuse to attack Iraq. (Who had nothing to do with it for those of you who don't yet realize that.)
