Based on general Sun sign compatibility, I'd much rather go for the Libra-Aquarius match than the Libra-Aries pairing. Simple reason being that both Libra and Aquarius belong to the communicative, outgoing, sociable Air element and thus will have no problems in understanding each other's innate personality. Both love to be mentally stimualted by good intellectual debates and are naturally attracted to each other. Aries may not be a wise choice for you, particularly if the Aries is a woman. Aries is a fiery masculine sign that is agressive and loves to initiate. She may be too impatient for a peace-loving, diplomatic Libra male. They may be too egotistical and self-centred for a permanent pairing as well. For this pair of polar opposites to work out, there needs to be lots and lots of compromise and understanding from both parties.

These signs are sextile each other and should be a good match depending on the other aspects in the chart. Aries is a Fire sign, Aquarius is an Air sign. Air give Fire heat and Fire gives Air fulfilment.

Heck yeah. I am aries and married to an aquarius for almost 10 years. We get along great and bedroom stuff sizzles. Ummmhmmm. Great match!
We have our disagreements, but who doesn't? Our main problem, is that I hold grudges no matter how I try not to....LOL

Yes, I agree with that. I am with an Aries man. We are also compatible with Chinese Astrology ( I'm a Monkey he is a Dragon). I like Aries people, very strong, energetic and direct people.

Ten answers and I think you're all missing it. That is just the Sun sign. When comparing how two people are going to relate to each other, you have to look at the whole Astrological Chart. Not just a small piece. You have nine other planets, how they aspect eachother, and their relationship to the horizon. Calculate both of your charts and never read horoscopes from the Newspaper!

Nope. Not really. There personalitys are just way too different....one is very headstrong (Aries) while the other is very flighty and moody. They will butt heads over who is right (they both love to be right) among other things.
