Hey there
This is one of the more intelligent questions I've seen on here in a long time.As long as someone is not brain dead like on a machine,
The answer is yes. As long as someone can think, they can "hear" inside their head what they just thought.
I have 4 deaf friends and I've asked them the very same question! No such thing as a stupid or dumb question in my book. All three of my buds said yes. So there yah go! Take care :o)

Yes, but depending on whether or not they ever were able to hear will depend on how their inner dialogue is heard. For example, our inner dialogue is in english bc that is what language we use to communicate. Deaf people can interpret their thoughts, but the method by which they do that will be dependent on the amount of hearing they have (or had).

I would think so because how would they be able to think. When I think I don't necessarily "hear my voice", I just hear thoughts that come to mind. That's a really good question and I hope you find the correct answer!

Yes they can..
Everyone can cuz it is the mind that thinks,Deaf people can even hear themself talk in a way because they know what they are saying so it is like they are hearing.

Do you hear yourself think? Not unless you are talking out loud. We "hear" thoughts in our heads the same as any hearing person. When we talk we can feel our vocal cords moving, but we don't really hear ourselves talk. That is why many deaf people talk different

well..it's gotta be different to them but in a similar fashion. for example, they know how to sign apple, and some even learn to say it vocally, and it comes out slightly muffled, the accent is not completely correct, but u can understand them! so, if they can SAY "AP -PLE", i would think they are pronouncing it exactly the way they hear it in their minds. if u've ever heard a deaf person speak along as they sign, u can tell they are pronouncing things fairly correctly

Thinking is not verbal, so it is not heard, but anyone is aware of their thoughts because their thoughts are mental.

So if you are asking if your Lil sister is aware of her thoughts, the answer is yes.

I would imagine they can. Because when we hear ourselves think it is in the brain. And not out loud. Even if they can not hear, they can still think.
