Many ways- creating a profile on modeling sites like Onemodelplace.com, Modelmayhem.com or Musecube.com is a good start. In most cases, beginning model profiles are free- you can talk to other models who are already working and maybe find some helpful info. Lots of artists, photographers and makeup artists book models through those sites- once you're a member, you can browse around- maybe find one whose work interests you and try contacting them.
Depending upon where you're located in the country, there may be local art schools that occasionally need models for classes or seminars. I'd suggest checking with them.

call the art department at your local universities and ask if they are looking for models. If they are, then ask if they pay. From what I've gathered, most nude art model positions are paid very little, if anything at all. Also, you could look at outside studios not affiliated with colleges or university and see if they are looking for models.

contact a local art school/university and they usally need models. In most major cities there are museums that offer classes that also need models. Or if there is a gallery scene in your area find an artist that has a style you like and contact them directly.
