Very painful and a long healing process.

Animals can to. If a bull breaks it's penis they usually have to put it down because it will bleed to death anyway.

Yep, it can be done. I can't go into details *due to HIPA privacy*, but we once had a patient *I used to work in a hospital* who did indeed break Big Jim and the twins were also severly damaged.
