The Moto telephone equipment application permits you to connect your telephone to the computer. It can provide you the skill to make your individual ringtones on your computer and then move them for your telephone. the software itself will understand your telephone after its linked to the computer.

if it is from Verizon it won't .... they have you locked out ... or you need to update the Software
