18 you're considered an adult, yes you can fly without guardian consent, unless you have some sort of court order stating otherwise.

Yes, because at 18 you are pretty much a legal adult. 18 is the age that a parent can legally stop paying for you so yes, you can fly without consent.

At 18 you are an adult. you can do whatever you want.
