You don't know.
You can believe it but that does not make it so.
I've been in relationships where everything was going absolutely wonderful even after say 2 to 5 years then something happens and we fall apart.
But don't let that discourage you. Love with all your heart expecting it to last forever and should it end do as Dr. Seuss said..
"Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened."

When you love them enough to work through pretty much anything that happens. Just because you get married doesn't mean its going to be happily ever after, you have to keep doing the stuff to stay in love just like you did when you were dating. it's when you give up that you lose it. So if you already think you want to be with them for the rest of your life and forever, keep the work up and you'll make it!

No.
Only time will tell.
After 20 years of marriage, you'll know your marriage will last 20 years.
After 2 years of marriage, you'll know your marriage will last for at least 2 years.
Nobody ever knows. People change on a daily basis.

You never know what is going to happen so therefore you will never know if you are going to be with someone forever. Things happen.

I don't know from personal experience but my friend is married and I asked her how she knew he was the "one". She said it was because his annoying little habits didn't bother her anymore? Strange but true so I watch for the annoying little habits to go away, so far they haven't.

i don't think so, its always great at first, and once you get married then it all goes downhill...atleast for most. if you could predict then there would be a a lot less divorcesses happening.
