You should be able to get pregnant right away, However most doctors recommend that you wait at least three months after you stop hormonal birth control so that you can have regular periods again. It will make it easier to date the pregnancy if you know that your cycles are, for example, 33 days long instead of the standard 28.
That said I got pregnant during my second cycle after stopping the pill after being on it for nine years. We didn't expect for it to happen so quickly.

You are suppose to be off a month or two to get your cycle back to normal before trying. I had been on the pill for 8 years and I quit taking the pill in May and got pregnant in August.

I took my last active pill and got pregnant right after that period. Midwife told me to wait 2-3 months to let out of system but there were other plans. I also was on the pill for 2 years. that was almost 6 1/2 years ago.

Anywhere from 5 minutes to a few months to a year. Unfortunately you're not going to know until you try. Many women get pregnant in their first cycle off the pill and many more take a few months to begin cycling normally again.

My friend was on the pill for 5 years and when she got off of it, she became pregnant within 3 months. However, my sister was on it for about 10 years and it took her over a year to get pregnant. I guess it depends on your body.

The pill only stays in your system for 24 hours, which is why you have to take one everyday to avoid pregnancy. Also, my OB informed me that you are more likely to get pregnant your first month off the pill because you are more likely to ovulate that month. In fact, some women who are ttc are given one month of bcp to take to help regulate their cycle and help them ovulate. My sister-in-law and a few of my friends all got pregnant their first month off the pill.
If you are planning on ttc, start taking pre-natal vitamins now. OTC are okay. The folic acid in them is so important for early fetal development.
Good luck!

From what I have see in your answers so far most of them say it depends on your body and that is true. YOU can get pregnant by just missing taking one pill. So it doesn't take real long for it to get out of most peoples systems.

It can happen as fast as after your next period....but for most it takes 4-6 months of being off the pill.

After you stop taking it you should be fine. I got preggy with my first child while still on the pill and missed it just two days. So I am assuming if you are trying, at the most maybe a month.
