They offer 11.5" x 8.5" x 1-5/8" apparel boxes in different colors. Many vendors sell this type of boxes, and many offer custom logo imprinting. This is what I am thinking to get for my tshirt line.

Try getting an inexpensive shrink wrapper, just don't use the heat to shrink it. Their pretty cheap and the wrap comes on rolls is pretty inexpensive as well. Just a thought.
