Leave them alone! Get Abreva at the fist sign of a cold sore and apply, never pop them or touch them cause...well...you must know why with one on you cheek!!!

First off, stop popping them. When you pop them, you allow contagious secretions to spread across your face. Go to GNC and buy L-Lysine. This is a natural enzyme remedy for herpes. It won't work very quickly, but it should prevent too much spreading. WHen you wake up in the morning, the first thing you need to do is wash your hands with soap and warm water. Do NOT touch any part of your face and especially do not rub your eyes.
If you can, go to a dermatologist and see if he can get you a prescription for anti-herpes medication.
I would cancel your saturday date. You will not, should not, do any kissing for a while anyway. It should take 5-7 days for sores to go away. Sorry!

Take L-Lysine and put Abreva on it.
A typical therapeutic dosage of lysine for herpes infections is 1 g 3 times daily. You can take this as a regular part of your diet in hopes of preventing herpes flare-ups, or, perhaps, at the first sign of an attack. Although the evidence isn't strong, there may be some advantage to restricting your intake of foods that contain a lot of arginine, such as chocolate, peanuts, other nuts and seeds, and, to a lesser extent, wheat.

Abreva is the best Over The counter Stuff. It's very expensive, about $16/vial at stop and shop. Don't pop them, they will leave a scar if you do. Keep out of the sun light. They are the herpes family so wash your hands before using the toilet and don't kiss anyone.Good luck.

Either try Abreva (that stuff rocks)
or if you want natural meds, use Aloe. That dries them up.
Oh, and don't pop anymore, that causes them to spread.

abreva is available at the drugstore. waht the hell do you mean you popped it? gross!
cold sores are from the herpes virus, type 1. if you mess with it too much you can spread it. after you do the treatment or it goes away, change your chapstick and toothbrush or whatever you have, and wash your pillowcase. keep it clean, buddy!

No, you must pop it but immediately after, you have to wipe that crap off your skin and don't let it touch your skin. You must also get all of it out and drown it in alcohol, this will probably make it look ok by Saturday

take baking soda and water and make a paste, put it on the cold sore 2 to 3 times a day, it will dry it up and make it less noticable fast, and kill the bacteria;)
